Ok, but why the godawful TTS? Is this a Source FilmMaker movie or something? Not only this, but why are the characters just stock images?

Wh- what do you mean stock images? It's a Flash animation. And this is a reanimation. The announcer guy was supposed to have a TTS voice.

as a judge, I feel that this tool is very good for suspects who committed suicide before sentencing, so I use the Spectrephone to finish those Capital Punishment cases up nicely!
